About the Trainer
Zahra Allawati is a cross-stitch and embroidery designer and trainer, passionate about preserving traditional embroidery while presenting it through modern, creative designs. She is the founder of Zahra's Design Studio, established in 2022 in Muscat, where she creates embroidery kits, patterns, and workshops suitable for both beginners and experienced crafters.
Through her workshops, Zahra introduces participants to the fundamentals of cross-stitch and embroidery in a simple, hands-on way, helping them build confidence while creating their own unique projects.
Having trained more than 250 participants through in-person and online workshops, Zahra is dedicated to making embroidery an enjoyable and accessible creative experience for everyone. She believes that every stitch tells a story, and every project is an opportunity to celebrate craftsmanship, culture, and self-expression.
