Terms, legal conditions, and policies.

Workshop Registration Terms and Conditions

  1. Reserving a seat for any workshop is considered final. The fee cannot be refunded or transferred to another workshop in case of non-attendance or if the center is not notified in advance.
  2. If the center is notified of non-attendance at least 5 working days before the workshop date, the reservation amount will be credited to your electronic wallet, which can later be used to book another workshop or purchase any product from the center.
  3. The user must provide accurate and correct information when filling out registration or booking details on the website. The user is responsible for the accuracy of this information, and the center reserves the right to cancel the booking or contact the user to correct the information if incorrect or incomplete data is detected.
  4. If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the center, the participant has the right to choose one of the following: A full refund, or Transfer the amount to their electronic wallet to be used later for booking another workshop or purchasing any product from the center.
  5. Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time to complete registration procedures and prepare for the workshop. In case of late arrival, the participant may lose their seat without refund, and the instructor is not obligated to repeat any parts of the workshop that were presented before the participant arrived.
  6. If a child under the age of 10 attends the workshop, they must be accompanied by their mother throughout the entire workshop. The mother bears full responsibility for supervising the child and ensuring their safety inside the kitchen.
  7. Participants acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken during the workshop by the center. These materials are the property of Noon Center, and the center has the right to use and publish them for media or marketing purposes on its website or social media platforms.
  8. For group bookings, the number of participants agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation is considered fixed, and the invoice will be issued based on this number. If the number of participants increases, additional fees will be charged per extra participant. If the actual attendance is lower, the invoice amount will remain unchanged.
  9. For group bookings, the reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received. The booking is considered unconfirmed until the full amount has been paid.
  10. All recipes provided during workshops or events are for personal use only. Sharing recipes with third parties or using them for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from the site management.

Kitchen Safety Guidelines

  1. All participants must follow the instructor’s instructions and safety guidelines inside the kitchen throughout the workshop.
  2. Kitchen tools and equipment must be used only for their intended purposes and not in any way that may cause harm or damage.
  3. Participants are responsible for handling sharp tools and hot equipment carefully, such as knives, ovens, and stoves.
  4. Participants must maintain a clean workspace and organize tools after use to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
  5. The instructor or center management must be notified immediately in case of any injury or incident inside the kitchen.
  6. Participants must follow personal hygiene and food safety practices, such as washing hands before handling ingredients.
  7. Gloves are not allowed in the kitchen unless the instructor specifically requests their use during a particular step of the workshop. Gloves must be discarded immediately after completing that step and should not be reused.
  8. Participants should not touch or use any kitchen tools or equipment other than those assigned to them at their designated workstation, to ensure organization and safety during the workshop.

Food Allergy

  1. Ingredients used in the workshops may be manufactured or prepared in environments that contain allergens, such as flour (gluten), dairy products, eggs, nuts, fish, or other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
  2. Participants must declare any food allergies during workshop registration, so the center can, whenever possible, prepare a separate workstation and use alternative ingredients that do not contain the allergens.
  3. Participants are fully responsible for ensuring the safety of consuming the prepared food, whether for themselves or for anyone else who may consume it later, especially in cases of food allergies.

Delivery and Return Policy

  1. Due to the nature of food products, items cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
  2. Delivery service is available only within Muscat city limits for food products. The delivery fee is 2 Omani Rials per order within Muscat.
  3. We deliver orders within 1 to 2 working days after your order is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

E-Wallet and Discounts Policy

  1. The balance available in the electronic wallet on the website can be used to book any workshop or purchase products from the store.
  2. If there is a refundable amount, it will appear in the user’s account on the website. A refund request can be submitted through the website, and the amount will be reviewed and returned within up to 3 working days.
  3. Points earned through the website can be used only within their specified validity period, as shown in the account. Points may be canceled once they expire.
